My brother picked up the kraut cutter yesterday. I am anxious to see how well/poorly it performs. Hopefully, he will send some pictures that I can add to this site!

I am all finished with the construction of the kraut cutter! I applied some mineral oil/bee's wax and it it drying. Hopefully, tomorrow afternoon it will be ready to try out!
Thank you for looking! Andy I am almost done with the kraut cutter! I will work on a handle for the top this weekend. All that will be left to do after that is to apply a food-safe finish and test it out! For me, I don't care how nice it may look, if it doesn't cut cabbage, it is useless...
It is hard to believe that I haven't worked on the kraut cutter in seven months! I do have an excuse... we purchased a boat and spent a lot of free time this summer on the water! Now that the boating season is drawing to a close, I better get this project done before Christmas!
