I had some time issues the last week, so I am not as far along as I would have liked. This weekend looks promising though. I hope to have all of the construction finished. The blades will need a bit more work, but I hope they will be done soon as well.

I am making some progress on the kraut cutter. I have something really neat planned for the treatment of the cutting blades. I will not give it away before I get to posting the pictures, but it will add to the nice patina of the steel.
